It’s yours — all of it

  • Your domain is in your name. Registered with you as the owner. The first year is included; after that it renews once a year at cost (typically $10–$20), and we show you the exact price before it renews.
  • Every account is in your name. Google, Bing, Apple — we only ask for access.
  • You can take everything, any time. Your site files (as a ZIP file), your domain transfer code and your texting number.
Hosting, domain and ownership — the whole deal

What we don’t promise

  • No ranking guarantees. Nobody can promise #1 in Google or ChatGPT — AI answers even change from one ask to the next. We fix what we can check.
  • No fake reviews. No paid, family or made-up reviews. Every customer gets the same polite ask.
  • No contracts. Pay once for your site. Monthly plans are optional — cancel any time. Your domain, profiles and files stay in your name.

Questions

What school owners ask us

Class software, texts, reviews and billing: what we do, and what we leave to the tools you already use.

We already use Gymdesk, Mindbody or Zen Planner. Do we have to switch?

No. If you use class software, your site’s schedule and “Book a trial” button link to that software’s own page, and we don’t send trial texts of our own — so no family is texted twice.

What texts do families get after a trial?

Only families who tick the box to get texts. A confirmation, a reminder the day before, a thank-you that evening, a short private survey, and check-ins on days 2, 5, 7 and 14 — up to 8 in all, only between 9 AM and 8 PM your time. Every text says how to stop.

How do the texts stop?

When you mark a family Enrolled, Not now or Do not pursue, or when the family replies STOP. Enrolled families later get one review request — the same for every family.

Do the trial texts cost extra each month?

No separate fee. Trial follow-up runs on the Growth plan — texting included. On the Care plan, or with no plan, the texts don’t run, so move to the Growth plan to use them.

Who sees the private feedback?

Only you, in your monthly report. Families can answer anonymously. It never decides who gets asked for a Google review.

Do you handle billing, attendance or belt ranks?

No. We help families find you, book a trial and hear back. Billing, attendance and ranks stay in the class software you use.

Do I have to learn the tech?

No. You don’t have to learn the tech. You keep doing good work, send us real photos of your jobs, jot down the questions customers ask, and approve before anything goes live. We handle the rest.
