Check your Google Business Profile
Sign in with the Google account that manages your profile. We read it once and tell you, in plain words, what’s working and what to fix first — including things customers notice but you can’t see from a search.
What we read
- Your business name, categories, hours and holiday hours
- Your description, services, phone number and website link
- The details you’ve ticked (like “Online estimates”)
- How many photos you’ve added, and how new they are
- How many reviews you have, how recent, and how many you’ve replied to
- Your calls, website clicks and direction requests from Google over the last 90 days
What we don’t do
- We don’t change, post or reply to anything on your profile.
- We don’t keep your Google sign-in. It’s used once for this check, then we hand it back to Google.
- We don’t save your profile, reviews or results. They show only in this browser tab.
Google’s sign-in screen will say we could “see, edit, create and delete” your listings — that’s the only kind of access Google offers for Business Profiles. We only read, and we give the access back as soon as the check is done. You can also remove it yourself any time in your Google account’s connections (opens in a new tab).
Coming soon Google sign-in is being approved
Google checks every app that reads Business Profiles before it can go live. Until then, the free check looks at your website and asks a few quick questions.
You’ll see Google’s own sign-in page. Pick the account that manages your Business Profile.
Which business should we check?
Your Google account manages more than one. Pick one — Google will ask you to sign in once more, because we don’t keep your sign-in between steps.
Shown once, in this tab only — we didn’t keep a copy. Print it or save it as a PDF if you want to keep it.
Fix these 3 first
Nothing urgent — your profile is in good shape. Keep adding photos and asking every customer for a review.

Your newest reviews
Only you see these, on this page. We don’t keep them, and we never show reviewers’ names.
This is a check of what your profile says, not a ranking or a guarantee. Why we don’t show a “ranking” · How we handle Google sign-in
